A smooth process, clear guidance, and peace of mind throughout the entire rental journey.

Many thanks for the help in renting out our apartment. We felt completely at ease entrusting this work to Vitalij. Since we couldn’t do it ourselves, he even took care of preparing the apartment for rent – which was especially important and valuable for us.

The whole process went seamlessly: we were constantly informed about the progress and next steps, receiving clear recommendations. Essentially, all we had to do was follow the guidance, which gave us great relief knowing we didn’t have to carry the burden ourselves. Moreover, Vitalij found tenants very quickly.

Communication was simple, clear, and pleasant, so we sincerely recommend The Proper Agency to others as well.
